We completely understand that life happens and schedules change unexpectedly, however, to support our small business and protect our therapists time, we will now operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show up, will result in 100% charge of the reserved treatment amount.
Downgrading service on the day (e.g deciding not to get the full treatment you have booked) will count as a late change, and the full original booking will apply.
To secure your booking, we will now require a valid card to be held securely on file.
