We are so very sad to say that the return of treatments on the face is being postponed for at least another 2 weeks. We are working our way through personally contacting everyone booked in with us for these treatments. Please bear with us and we will be in touch as soon as we can.
As always, the safety of our clients, staff and families remains our priority.

Reopening from 20th July! Rules & Bookings

We are so happy to be able to confirm that we will be reopening from Monday 20th July!

We have taken time to put safety measures in place for the safety of our clients and team. We have also had a bit of a renovation – more on that to follow soon!

The works are being finished this week so we are not able to be in the salon all the time to take calls. To book, please either contact us via Facebook messenger, Our Contact Us Page, email info@fivecedars.co.uk or leave a voicemail on 01884 250023 and we will call you back.

We are sure you are aware that there are very strict guide lines as to what treatments salons can offer at the moment. Essentially, no treatments from the neck up can be performed at the moment.

Treatments we can offer now:
Manicures & Pedicures
Gel Polish
Massage (excluding lava shell)
Waxing (excluding face)
Sunshowers – these must now be booked and walk in’s are not permitted

Treatments we cannot offer yet (we have a waiting list for these for when they are allowed again)
Facials
Brow, Lip or Chin Wax
Lash & Brow Tinting
Lash Lifts

These are the rules we are asking all our clients to follow when attending for appointments:

Please arrive on time but not too early as we need to limit the number of people in the salon
Please use the hand sanitiser in the entrance hall before entering the reception area
We cannot offer refreshments but you can bring your own water bottle to fill from our cooler
Please attend your appointment alone with as few belongings as possible
Please wear a mask or face covering
All appointments must be pre-booked. This includes sunshowers.
Please do not attend the salon if you or any of your household are showing symptoms of Covid-19.

The salon is equipped with a range of safety measures and our staff have full PPE.

Gift Vouchers – All gift vouchers have been extended until 30th November 2020 to give you plenty of time to use them.

We are looking forward to being able to see you all again and being back in our lovely salon.

Just to update all our clients on the current situation surrounding the Coronavirus.

We would like to reassure you we are open as usual and will be until we are advised otherwise by the government.

We always have the highest standards of cleanliness, as you would expect. We are in addition following all advice regarding increased levels of hygiene, to ensure a healthy safe space for you to visit.

• Please wash your hands when you arrive for your appointment

• All clients will be asked to use hand sanitiser prior to any treatment

• Please do not bring additional friends or family members who are not booked for an appointment

• We are asking clients not to touch their mobile phones after their hands are clean and sanitised until you leave the salon

• Rooms and equipment are cleaned before and after every client – as always

• Where possible, we ask you to make payment via card to avoid cash handling

• Our sun shower is in its own private room and is always cleaned after every single use & disposable goggles will be provided

• All treatments are carried out in individual rooms, this minimises interaction with others

• If any of our staff are displaying any symptoms they will not be coming to work

If you would like to bring your appointment forward please contact us on 01884 250023 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please do not visit the Salon if you are feeling unwell

We request you reschedule your appointment if you have travelled outside the UK in the last 14 days.

We are a small independent business and truly appreciate your support at this time and always.

Please note we will be adjusting all gift voucher expiry dates also.

Looking out for each other and supporting our local community is more important than ever now so if you are self-isolating and need anything urgently please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

We are also happy to deliver Elemis product orders free of charge in the Tiverton area. Just call us and pay over the phone, or buy on our online shop and select “free collection from the salon” and we will be in touch to arrange your delivery.

The Oil Hut is another local family business – and we love to work with local suppliers. This award winning range is hand poured and blended right here in Mid Devon. The range includes bath and massage oils, theraputic body oils, facial mists, diffusers, room mists & pulse point roll-ons.

We will be using the range for our wonderful aromatherapy massage, enabling us to personalise the experience to each client’s needs.

We also have a wide range of products in stock for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

They are very reasonably priced and of the highest quality.

Our favourites so far are the sleep sprays – we can highly recommend these for a calm nights sleep.

Also, the Ease It Joint Oil will work wonders for stiff or arthritic joints.
